Collaborating With [Organization] On “Run Free – The True Story of Caballo Blanco“ Screening in [Town]

Body:

Dear [Name],

My name is [Name] and I am reaching out in regards to a screening that I’m organizing for the new film Run Free – The True Story of Caballo Blanco on [Date] in [City] at the [Theater Name]. Here’s a synopsis of the film:

Run Free – The True Story of Caballo Blanco, a feature documentary directed by
Sterling Noren, chronicles the life of American ultra running legend Micah True
(Caballo Blanco, or the White Horse) and his quest to create an ultra marathon in
Mexico’s Copper Canyon to promote and preserve Tarahumara running
tradition. True was a main character in Christopher McDougall’s best-selling
book Born to Run – A Hidden Tribe, Super Athletes and the Greatest Race the
World Has Never Seen.

Here is the trailer for the film: https://vimeo.com/ondemand/runfree

I think that the members of your organization would be extremely interested in this film, and I was hoping that you could share this event with your community. Unlike traditional movie showings, this screening will only happen if [Tickets Needed] tickets are reserved before the deadline on [Deadline Date], so I’m going to need the help of the community in order to make this event take place. You can see more information about the event as well as purchase tickets to the screening through the Event Page: [Event Link URL].

In exchange for your support, we’d be happy to have you or a member of your organization address the audience during the event, and we can also feature your organization on the Event Page.

I’d love to connect and discuss this screening with you further, so please let me know if you might have some time to connect.

Best Wishes,
